Third-Party Sorting Service
For over ten years Champs has been providing a third-party sorting service. The service is dedicated to manufacturing companies that require outsourced inspections. Our Sorting Department is currently equipped with five Sorting Machines for dimensional checks, crack detection, and hardness testing.
HOW OUR SORTING SERVICE WORKS
- The Customer completes and submits: the Web Form or the PDF Form, providing Champs with the necessary data to prepare the quotation and schedule the service
- Champs will contact you to agree on the details and timing of the service
- Upon acceptance of the quotation, the Customer sends: the batches of parts to be inspected to our Sorting Department at the Baranzate (Milan) facility
- The batches received are inspected using Control Machines specifically tuned and calibrated for that type of component according to the manufacturer’s requirements
- Champs sends the Customer the sorted batches of components (approved and rejected) along with the corresponding quality reports of the production. Upon request, components can be bagged or boxed.
